Another of Nonna Dolora's recipes of slow-cooked thinly rolled braising steak filled with garlic, parsley, grated cheese and bay leaves. Served on a bed of Orecchiette pasta. *Add £5
SECOND COURSE
Melanzane Dolora (V)
A traditional Apulian recipe passed down from Nonna Dolora to her son, Saverio. Layers of aubergine lightly battered in flour and milk, cooked in a rich tomato sauce, then topped with Grana Padano cheese.
Spaghetti Saverio
Spaghetti with minced beef, slow-cooked in a rich tomato ragù made with onions, garlic, celery and carrots, then topped with Grana Padano cheese.
Chicken Castellane
Braised chicken breast with onions, garlic, herbs, tomatoes and sliced potatoes.
Spaghetti con Fagiolini (GF + Vegan)
Gluten-free spaghetti with fresh green beans and a rich tomato sauce.
