Voucher FAQs
How long is the voucher valid for?
All our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to plan their visit.
How do they redeem the voucher?
It's very simple. The recipient just needs to bring the email voucher (either printed or on their phone) when they come to dine with us. We'll deduct the voucher value from their final bill.
Can the voucher be used on drinks as well as food?
Yes, absolutely. The voucher value can be applied to anything on our menu, including our extensive selection of Italian wines, beers, and Illy coffee.
Do I need to spend the full amount in one visit?
Ideally yes, as we currently cannot offer change or carry-over balances for unspent voucher amounts. We recommend using the full value to enjoy a complete dining experience.
