Our recipes trace back to our family in Puglia, in the south-east of Italy, where James’ grandmother was born.

Our menu is intentionally small, seasonal, and full of soul. Every month brings new handmade pasta dishes, Italian desserts, and wines to match our tasting events.
Fresh San Marzano tomatoes, Puglian olive oil, and the finest cheeses from Italy meet local ingredients for dishes that are simple, balanced, and full of flavour.
